Rancho Mateo is a fantastic Colombian restaurant with a wonderful ambiance. The spaciousness is immediately noticeable upon entering. Even during a busy time with a large group, we were accommodated seamlessly. The attentive staff and enjoyable live music, though on the loud side when busy, contribute to a friendly atmosphere. The drinks are good, and the bakery’s treats are top-notch. The enormous bandeja paisa, featuring chorizo, steak, avocado, rice and beans, is a delicious choice with a variety of proteins.
